Being a former U.S. ARMY Master Fitness Trainer, Certified Fitness Nutritionist (CFN) and a Health & Wellness Consultant, I have a passion for helping people in the area of wellness. I feel it's important that we understand that even if you pile on the fruits and vegetables, drink plenty of juice and milk, and eat fish a couple of times a week, we may not be getting all the nutrients we need. We need help to fill the gap between what's in the food we eat and the nutrition our body needs for optimum health and to help us avoid chronic conditions and diseases down the road. The problem is that most people don't eat right or exercise.
