Raw or cooked spinach are good for you. They both can play a role in the healthiest way of eating for most people. For raw spinach, baby spinach would be better because it's sweeter. The best way to cook spinach, is to boil it for one minute. We usually don't prefer boiling as a cooking method but it's better for spinach since it helps reduce the oxalates and makes the spinach taste sweeter.
