Welcome to 2011! It’s going to be your best year yet. We’re going to spend the entire year working toward getting healthy and fit to optimize performance in all areas of our lives. But today, I want to share one thought with you. That thought is about seeing the love all around you because at the end of the day, to love and be loved is more important than anything else.
